  1. To me, #YOLO means you only live once and life needs to be taken to its fullest. Many people have dreams that never come true, such as traveling the world or learning a special skill. To me, #YOLO means taking these dreams and turning them into a reality. There are so many opportunities available in this world, and to me, making these things happen means one would need reach out and seek these opportunities. In order for these dreams to come true, one needs to work towards these opportunities since things aren’t expected to be just handed to you. By receiving a higher education at Kean University, I will not only be working towards these opportunities, but I will also be turning my dreams into a reality.

  2. Yolo generally means "you only live once" but what does it mean to me? The definition of yolo to me means you only have one life to get your diploma, degree, and master, work hard, achieve your goals, save money, be smart, make good decisions, avoid negativity, try something new, have fun basically, to be successful, and to live life to the fullest because you only live once. Nothing last forever, I always keep that in mind.

  3. #Yolo has many different meanings to many different people. Most people just take it as an opportunity to do stupid things. But what #yolo means to me is more than that. To me it means an opportunity to live your life to the fullest and achieving all that you want in life. Living life to the fullest for me would be earning a college diploma, becoming a successful Interior Designer, and one day having a family. #Yolo is an important concept to me because I do not want to live life with regrets because I never did something. I want to do a little of everything and experience life with the ones I love.

  4. #Yolo has a different meaning to each person in the world. But I think that #yolo means to live life to the fullest. For instance you shouldn’t live a boring life. Instead you should put yourself out there and do the things that you love with no regrets. Life's too short and if you don’t enjoy yourself you’ll be missing out on different opportunities. On my behalf I try and put myself out there and try new things because any opportunity can be turned into something good. In conclusion you shouldn’t hold yourself back from the great things in life.

  5. To me yolo is ment to be a reminder to live your life to the fullest. The phrase in its purest form was ment to inspire people to get out of their comfort zone before they ran out of time. However, once social media got a hold of the phrase it was transformed into an excuse to party and make poor like choices. After that happened yolo became less of an inspiration force and more of a way to condone bad behavior.

  6. The term “YOLO” has its different effect on different people, meaning everyone has their way about interpreting it. The term generally means “You Only Live Once”, in other words you only have one life to live so live it to the fullest. By abiding to this term you basically are giving yourself a free pass to explore new things before your time on earth is over. But to me, I believe this saying motivates me in trying to accomplish goals in which I will regret in the near future if I don’t attempt the task at the given moment. Also, it’s a reminder to always try something new and to be willing to out of my comfort zone.

  7. When I hear the phrase yolo I think the acronym “you only live once”. The acronym yolo implies that you should enjoy life, even if it involves taking risks, because there would not be another chance for it. When astronauts go up into space they know of the risks that entail in journey. They could get stuck in space or run out of fuel for there space ship. They could even run out of oxygen. But, they only live once and they know deep down they wouldn’t want to miss the opportunity. When we are presented with an opportunity we showed seize the opportunity knowing the risks instead of give up that precious moment.

  8. #Yolo to me mean you only live once. It originated from a song I believe. Yolo to me, is an excuse to tell other to do stupid stuff with them. I believe this because whenever someone say Yolo it's to go to a party, drink, smoke, etc. But when a person say live your life to the fullest instead I believe they mean do something you probably will never get the chance to do twice or something you always wanted to do like write a book. I never heard Yolo used in terms where it was like that. Thank you for reading my blog, and I hope you have a good day.

  9. #yolo originally came from a song by Drake and means you only live once. The artist meant it that since he is only living once he is living it the best way he can. Some people may misinterpret the actual meaning of yolo and do dumb things, but it isn't all about that. For me, it can be a life changing thing to look at because there are so many different possibilities you can do in this world. So I looked at it that way and found something I really enjoy doing.

  10. YOLO is the abbreviation of a popular phrase said among youngster to convince people to take risks or do something they normally would not do. YOLO stands for you only live once. To me it means that it is better to enjoy life while you can because later on you will not get the chance. Life just keeps going forward. It can never rewind. This is why we should appreciate the time we have on earth and do whatever we dream of doing before it is too late.

  11. YOLO means to live your life to the fullest. To take the risks in life so when you leave this world you'll leave with a smile on your face. You only live once, so it's best that we live it right. We make the right choices, but sometimes the right choice isn't the best choice. YOLO means to reach a level of success to the point where life starts to become stress free. YOLO truly means to make the best life out of the only one you have.

  12. When people say YOLO, "you only live once", in my opinion that means live life to the fullest. However, I believe that living life to the fullest is different for everyone. For example some people who enjoy art may think that a fun Saturday night is going to an art museum, while others may think a fun night is going out and partying. I’ve learned from experience, in high school a lot of my peers would enjoy going out every weekend partying, but me and my group of friends just like to relax and travel on weekends. I didn’t feel like a “normal teenager”, it wasn’t until this year I learned everyone is different. YOLO, for me, is a reminder that I only I have one life and it’s up to me what I am going to do with it.

  13. #YOLO has many meaning but the most common meaning is “You Only Live Once”. #YOLO has one meaning to me, that being you should live life to the fullest. What I mean by live your life to the fullest, you should enjoy life while you still can, because everyone has a clock that they don’t know about “The Clock of Death”. Every second you wasted you’re not going to get it back so you should live you’re to your life style by Eating what you want or by enjoying life and etc., but that what #YOLO mean to me.
