From my personal experiences with managing time I can briefly elaborate a few tips and advice. Time management begins with preparation and planning skills, which will help outline your activities and prioritize which of the events are important. Many times as humans we tend to procrastinate by dwelling on a specific event meanwhile ignoring an important task which has to be completed. Also, learning to not only make a plan A but to always have a backup plan, so if an emergency situation comes up you’ll be prepared. Finally, setting goals are essential in planning for the future, which will set bench marks in which you should surpass. Pierre Augustin
When I'm stressed out, I usually end up shutting down and taking naps. Whenever I wake up, I realize that I lost "X" amount of time to do work and I get even more stressed. To avoid this, I'm going to space out any work I have so I don't have to do it all at once. I'll start with the harder stuff since I'll have the energy and focus to do it earlier in the day, and I'll also make sure to take breaks every once in a while, and set a certain time limit when I do.
The best things I've found for time management is to plan out everything. For me if I don't write down exactly what I need to get done I will forget about it entirely. To prevent that I make sure I write down a schedule of what I'm doing and when. As well when trying to figure out how long it will take to do something I always give myself double the amount of time I think it will take to get done. This is because I always underestimate how long it will truely take.
